A VISION FOR CONTEMPORARY URBAN LIVING
The project comprises a residential building and a mixed-use building accommodating various service functions, together with shared underground levels, associated site facilities and technical infrastructure.
Two underground levels extend beneath the buildings and part of the site, providing storage areas, garages, parking spaces and technical rooms. Vehicular access is provided via two-way ramps.
Phase 1 comprises five multifunctional buildings, conceived as a harmonious and balanced environment for living, working and everyday activities.
The development brings together residential buildings of varying scale and character, ranging from low-rise to high-rise structures, complemented by a boutique three-storey office building. This diversity of typologies creates a dynamic yet cohesive architectural composition.
The ground-floor levels are conceived as an active communal zone, incorporating yoga spaces, retail functions and a bistro. These amenities complement the residential and working environment while encouraging natural interaction among residents and users of the development.
The location of Kosher, in close proximity to the mountains and the surrounding green spaces, is a defining element of the development’s concept. The natural landscape becomes an extension of the architecture, creating opportunities for sport, leisure and social activities, while offering a contemporary lifestyle in direct connection with nature.
