The project comprises a residential building and a mixed-use building accommodating various service functions, together with shared underground levels, associated site facilities and technical infrastructure.

Two underground levels extend beneath the buildings and part of the site, providing storage areas, garages, parking spaces and technical rooms. Vehicular access is provided via two-way ramps.
