The third phase of Kosher completes the concept of an integrated complex of buildings, providing everything necessary for a high-quality urban living environment. The development comprises three mixed-use buildings.
The project includes a high-rise residential building that continues the established architectural concept of three sixteen-storey volumes distinguished by their elegant brick façades.
The ten-storey building features a contemporary architectural expression combining exposed concrete and glass. It comprises seven residential floors and two office floors.
All three buildings incorporate commercial spaces at ground-floor level, contributing to an active and vibrant urban environment.
Outdoor sports and recreation are also an integral part of the concept. A 500-metre running track will extend through Phases II and III, providing residents with additional opportunities for an active lifestyle.
