The project comprises the development of a warehouse and production facility with integrated office spaces. The facility is divided into two main zones: the eastern section accommodates the production and warehouse areas, while the western section comprises a three-storey administrative zone.

An entrance for incoming materials and an exit for finished products are located on the eastern side, connected by a shared receiving and distribution area. Dedicated TIR truck access points are provided at warehouse level, ensuring efficient logistics and streamlined movement of materials and finished goods throughout the facility.
