About the Project
The project comprises a 50-meter-high office building with two underground parking levels. The façade is designed as a suspended glass curtain wall, incorporating the highest standards of energy efficiency.
Solid vertical decorative elements are integrated into the façade, contributing to the building’s overall energy performance while creating a distinctive vertical rhythm with an irregular pattern reminiscent of a “barcode.”
