INNOVATIVE URBAN ENVIRONMENT
The project is located in the heart of Sofia and comprises an administrative building with two underground parking levels, a ground floor featuring a lobby, covered piazza and retail spaces, four floors of high-end office premises, and an accessible landscaped rooftop with a studio.
The building has a total above-ground gross floor area of 3,950 m². The project comprises the development of an office building with an underground garage and extensive landscaping of the surrounding areas. The office spaces are designed with a flexible “shell and core” layout, allowing them to be adapted to the specific needs of future tenants.
At the highest level, a glazed pavilion with panoramic views of the surrounding buildings and a landscaped rooftop garden is provided. The pavilion is intended as a shared amenity for office occupants, serving as a space for meetings, conferences and relaxation.
Two underground levels are provided for parking.
