About the Project
The building is a three-storey structure with a flat roof. The load-bearing structure is constructed of cast-in-place reinforced concrete, comprising walls, columns, and both beam and flat slabs.
The architectural façade design combines exposed concrete with Corten steel cladding, complemented by a curtain wall façade and window frames with fully concealed profiles.
