Living in Harmony
The project comprises a contemporary multi-family residential building located in Boyana, Sofia, set within a peaceful and richly landscaped environment at the foot of Vitosha Mountain.
The building is developed across three above-ground levels and one underground level and is organized into two independent entrance sections. A total of 18 apartments are designed, featuring functional layouts, spacious living areas, one or two bedrooms, and terraces. The underground level provides parking spaces, private storage units for the apartments, and the necessary technical facilities.
The architecture follows a contemporary, refined approach, where distinct geometric volumes, loggias, and projecting bay windows create a dynamic and distinctive silhouette. The combination of light mineral cladding, graphite-colored aluminum elements, and large glazed surfaces gives the building an elegant and modern character.
The site’s pronounced natural slope has been transformed into an inherent advantage of the project. The building follows the existing terrain, while its surroundings are designed as a richly landscaped environment with a variety of mature and low-growing vegetation, complemented by inviting outdoor spaces for relaxation. The low building density and carefully considered positioning create a strong sense of privacy and tranquility.
A key feature of the project is its high level of energy efficiency. The building is equipped with a geothermal system using vertical boreholes and individual water-to-water heat pumps for each apartment, providing heating, cooling, and domestic hot water. Underfloor heating, a high-performance façade system, and aluminum window frames with triple glazing further enhance the level of comfort.
The project combines contemporary architecture, advanced technological solutions, and a carefully designed green environment to create the experience of a comfortable urban home immersed in nature.
