The complex is located in the town of Sapareva Banya, in the Sveta Bogoroditsa area, and comprises the following functional urban development zones: a five-star hotel; a medical, diagnostic, rehabilitation and spa complex; a guest house; outdoor swimming pools with technical facilities and changing rooms; and a restaurant.
The development has a total gross floor area (GFA) of 28,655 sq.m.
The hotel accommodates 170 rooms and features a 390 m² conference centre. Access to the spa complex is provided via a heated indoor connection.
The complex offers a cold-water pool, mineral-water pools and jacuzzis. The outdoor pools are located on an expansive south-facing terrace extending beyond the restaurant level, with access provided by external escalators.
A luxurious guest house with a private terrace and swimming pool is situated at the highest point of the property.
