On March 19, Bansko Residences was presented to a professional audience at Residential Forum 2026 – a forum dedicated to the development of contemporary residential environments and emerging models in architecture, design, and construction.
The project was presented by Arch. Plamen Bratkov of Aedes Studio, author of the architectural concept for the development, as part of the panel “Architecture and Design Trends for Next-Gen Residential Models.”
In his presentation, Arch. Bratkov explored the concept behind Bansko Residences, the overall architectural approach to the development, and the key characteristics of the individual houses. Particular emphasis was placed on the contemporary interpretation of the mountain home, the use of natural materials, and the harmonious relationship between the architecture and its surrounding environment.
The presentation generated strong interest among the audience and was followed by an engaging discussion and numerous questions regarding the architecture, specific characteristics, and realization of the development.
