Detail Plus Presents AYA Business Center at Office Investments & Workspace Forum 2025

On May 15, Detail Plus presented AYA Business Center at Office Investments & Workspace Forum 2025 – a professional platform bringing together leading representatives from the investment, architecture, construction, and office sectors.

The project was presented by Mari Arabadjiiyska, Partner and Project Manager at Detail Plus, as part of the panel “Flight to Quality: Creating High-Performance Workplace Infrastructure – New Office Projects in Development.”

The presentation introduced AYA Business Center – a large-scale office development comprising over 13,000 sq.m. of floor area, eight above-ground and two underground levels, designed with a focus on contemporary workplace environments, energy efficiency, and high-quality execution.

We shared the key challenges and solutions involved in the project’s realization, as well as Detail Plus’s experience in managing a complex construction process and coordinating all project stakeholders – from the design phase through to on-site execution.

Our participation in the forum provided an opportunity to present not only one of the significant projects in the Detail Plus portfolio, but also our approach to delivering contemporary business buildings – with a strong focus on quality, attention to detail, and effective management throughout the entire process.
