Administrative and residential 
complex

The project includes a residential building and a mixed building with different service functions, their common underground levels, the accompanying site facilities and technical infrastructure. Under all buildings and under part of the terrain there are two underground levels with warehouses, garages, parking lots and technical rooms. The car access is on two-way ramps.
