The house is a three-storey building with a flat roof. The load-bearing structure is made of in-situ reinforced concrete - walls, columns, beams and slabs. The architectural solution of the façade offers visible concrete and steel cladding made of Corten steel in combination with a suspended façade and windows with completely hidden profiles.
